Coventry Farms is a single-family home community located in Kent County on Maryland's Upper Eastern Shore. We are just a few minutes from downtown Chestertown and about an hour away from Annapolis, Dover, and Wilmington. Our community consists of 193 single-family homes, 138 of which are members of the Coventry Farms II Homeowners Association (HOA).
